Holy Amazingness!!

So, I have gone Gluten Free about 3 months ago due to my Crohn’s and stomach issues. (Yes, I do cheat here and there….oh how I love my bagels). My friend Amber sent me a recipe for GF bread that she swore tastes like true, real gluten, tasty bread. IT DOES! I just made it and I have to work more on getting it to rise before I put it in the oven next time…but oh so good. Somehow it collapsed a bit when I took it out of the oven, but for my first time I am so pleased. WOOP WOOP!

Thank you Amazon. Easiest way for me to buy gluten free products.

I did not use that much butter! FYI :)

Here's where I had the issue...it was supposed to rise a lot more before going in the oven. I think I need to find a warmer spot to rise.

Amaze balls. That one slice has some butter on it. As you can see, it collapsed a bit lol.

Look who all of a sudden is up from his nap!

Did you cover it with a damp kitchen towel while it rose? That usually helps. And if there’s not a warm enough place in our kitchen, I cover it and let it rise on the dryer!
